OVERVIEW
The brief for this developer-led commission was to transform an existing warehouse into 14 contemporary apartments as part of a larger masterplan in the heart of Clerkenwell.
By renovating the original stepped gable façade to the street and flanking it with contrasting contemporary fretted glass and metal side extensions the existing rhythm and grain of the street was maintained and enhanced.
