Sam Moran Architects can also provide specialised architectural consultancy particularly in strategic development where early statutory compliance input is essential in the understanding and building of robust project structure and pathways.

About Sam Moran

Sam qualified from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne and has been a registered architect for over 25 years and has been an external tutor at various architecture schools throughout his career.

He has worked in the UK, particularly Edinburgh, London and the South West, and occasionally abroad, for a series of private clients, developers and renowned architectural practices, focusing on individual homes, multiple mixed-use housing schemes, office and retail.

Over this time Sam has acquired specialised knowledge of the planning process and a detailed understanding of contract law and project administration.

Sam’s style leans towards the contemporary, sustainable and zero carbon design but his approach is to always engage with his clients in a collaborative, constructive and pragmatic relationship.
